Refund and Returns Policy

Milwaukee Brew & Spirits Fest

All ticket sales for Milwaukee Brew & Spirits Fest are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled.

Tickets are transferable, so if you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another eligible attendee. All attendees must be 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID at entry. No refunds will be issued if an attendee is denied entry for failure to provide valid ID, arriving intoxicated, violating event rules, or being removed from the event for any reason.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new event date. Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, illness, change of plans, or failure to attend.

Milwaukee Brew & Spirits Fest is held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the organizer, venue, or local authorities. In the event of severe weather, public safety concerns, venue restrictions, government orders, or other circumstances outside of our control, the event may be delayed, modified, postponed, or rescheduled.

Merchandise, if sold at the event, may only be exchanged for a different size or replacement item if the item is unused, unworn, and returned on the same day of purchase, subject to availability. We do not offer cash refunds for merchandise.
